BIO
Sean received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Montana in 1994 and his law degree from the University of Montana in 1999. Sean was in-house counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana for 17 years, where he worked on a broad range of legal issues including health care, insurance, reinsurance, captive insurance, non-profit, regulatory, litigation, real property, business, and corporate creation.

Since joining JMG in 2017, Sean has focused his practice on helping individuals and large and small organizations navigate complex legal issues by providing guidance throughout health care, insurance, nonprofit, litigation, administrative/regulatory, business, and real property issues. Sean also has an active lobbying practice. Sean is admitted to practice law in all Montana state courts and the United States District Court of the District of Montana and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
