BIO
Scott M. Svee received his undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Biology/Chemistry in 2001 and law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2005. He was admitted to practice law in Montana state courts and the United States District Court of the District of Montana in 2007. Scott’s practice emphasis has been in corporate and business law, construction law, administrative law, real estate law, land-use, zoning and subdivision issues, and retirement benefit litigation. Scott also has experience in probate and estate planning and has presented lectures to lawyers, realtors, and surveyors on various aspects of real estate law. Scott grew up in Montana working on farms and ranches, and before focusing on the practice of law worked as a carpenter, wilderness ranger in Wyoming, and guide in Alaska.
