Greg has practiced law in Helena since 1985. His experience includes 11 years as in-house counsel at Montana’s state Medicaid agency, 6 years as in-house counsel for Montana’s largest health insurer, and 16 years in private practice. Greg has experience as an attorney for various state boards, serving as counsel to the Montana Board of Housing from 2010 to the present and the Montana Board of Investments from 2010 to the present.  Greg represents a wide variety of clients and his areas of practice include real estate and commercial transactions, health care and health insurance, government and administrative law, business and employment law, and general civil litigation. Greg is admitted to practice law in all Montana state courts and the United States District Court of the District of Montana and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Greg serves the firm in an “of counsel” position.
