BIO
Dave's practice focuses on school litigation, employment law, civil litigation, insurance defense, and civil rights litigation. He has practiced law in Helena since 1992. Dave is experienced in advising individuals, schools, and businesses in employment and other legal matters. He helps injured people at all stages of litigation and defends schools, businesses, and individuals when they get sued. Dave also coauthored the Montana chapter in the American Bar Association’s recent book titled Reasonable Expectations: Interpreting Insurance Policies in Common Law Jurisdictions. Dave is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Montana, all State of Montana courts, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Dave is peer rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubble, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
